PROCESSING TIME

Processing times are typically 1 week, as all items are hand made with love. Processing times can take up to 1.5 weeks if there is an issue with supply vendors. You are always welcome to email us at shoptruefaithboutique.com for an order update! We love keeping our customers updated on their orders!

SHIPPING

Here at TFB we ship with USPS. We offer priority mail and priority mail express. Shipping times refer to the time it takes to get from USPS hands to yours. It does not include processing time.

RETURNS

We make all orders by hand, and all orders are made once you place your order. This means it is made specific to the individual and most items are customizable. Due to this, we do not accept refunds or exchange.
